8 October – IFES World Student Day. An international day of prayer for student ministry worldwide. Sharing kit now available for movements.

5,19 October; 2, 16, 30 November, 18:00 – 19:30 CET (17:00 – 18:30 UTC, 19:00 – 20:30 EET) – The Diamond Scripture Engagement course for students, staff and volunteers, online. 10 October – annual online Governance Training Day for new board members in Europe, 9.00 am UTC, 10.00 am CET, 11.00 am EET. Three-hour online training session giving newcomers the basics to help them serve their national movements. Includes the mindset, roles and responsibilities of a board member and of a board, with time for sharing and discussion of our own contexts. New general secretaries are also welcome. Register here.

22-26 October – FEUER (Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities of Europe) annual gathering, near Katerini, Greece. Contact us for more information.

7-10 October – Balkan FEUER (Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities of Europe) gathering for student movements in the Balkans (and other countries with similar cultures), Sarajevo, Bosnia. Contact us for more information.

9-13 November – Kick off meeting for 2026 cohort of Young Staff Network, Bischofsheim, Germany, for the new cohort of this one-year network for national movement staff members in their first or second year of service who want to develop in character, conviction and competence. Application deadline 31 July 2026.

11-15 January – The Meet – a new annual strategy and planning retreat for staff teams all over Europe, with training and networking opportunities from our specialist ministries. (Replaces and extends the annual European Staff Consultation). Warsaw, Poland.

19-23 April – Annual General Secretaries Gathering for all European general secretaries, directors of student ministries, and this time also their spouses, Bischofsheim, Germany.

13-18 June – Debrief meeting for 2026-27 InterAction cross cultural student ministry program, Bischofsheim, Germany.

24 June -1 July – IFES World Assembly, Dublin, Ireland.
