For years, our annual European Staff Consultation has been a valuable chance for teams to reconnect, recalibrate, prayerfully set the direction for the year ahead and enjoy fellowship with other movements.   

In 2027 there are even more reasons to start your year at this popular event, reimagined as The Meet.

Share, inspire, grow, thrive 

As always, we’ll be blessed as we share updates from across the continent, inspire one another with testimonies of God’s work and grow through intentional teaching and focused ministry training.

And in 2027 we pray that our time together empowers us more than ever to thrive in our different ministry contexts, as for the first time we’ll welcome members from our IFES Europe ministry networks.

So come as a staff team!

Share with and learn from your European family in student ministry.

Take the opportunity to explore aspects of student ministry in the daily workshops and seminars.

The program

Each day will be split into three parts:

  • Mornings are spent together as one big family, focused on fellowship and teaching.
  • In the afternoons, we’ll break into smaller groups for dedicated time with national staff teams and IFES networks, alongside workshops open to everyone.
  • Evenings will be varied, giving time to deepen our awareness of what is happening in Europe through a Network Night, a Cultural Celebration and a Commissioning. 

Practical stuff

Where? Higher Baptist Theological Seminary , Warsaw, Poland

When? The Meet begins with the evening meal at 18:00 on Monday 11 January and finishes with breakfast on Friday 15 January.

How much? €200 per person (includes accommodation, three meals per full day, coffee breaks and materials). We never want finances to be the reason your team can’t come so please contact us to discuss sponsorship options for your team.

Getting there: The best-connected airport is Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW), and from there the seminary is reachable by public transport (around an hour’s journey).
