Jesús quiere seguidores que glorifiquen a Dios por medio de la bondad radiante de su vida: “Hagan brillar su luz” (Mateo 5:16).
Los estudiantes de hoy en día necesitan la visión brillante de Cristo para su vida.
En esta generación, muchas personas están descontentas con las cosas superficiales y materialistas que se suben a las redes sociales. Están desilusionados a causa de los escándalos de los políticos, famosos y líderes religiosos. Se están ahogando en un mar digital de información y desinformación.
Están buscando desesperadamente una espiritualidad real que sea auténticamente buena.
Tú conoces a un Redentor que lo ofrece. Tú conoces la esperanza firme y el cambio profundo que pueden traer la gracia y el poder de Cristo a cada una de las áreas de nuestra vida y de nuestro ser.
Así que, ¿ayudarás a hacer brillar más la luz del testimonio estudiantil? ¿Capacitarás a los estudiantes, jóvenes graduados y obreros para seguir a Jesús en todas las cosas y a conectar con todos los aspectos de la vida del campus?
Con motivo del Día Mundial de la Generosidad de este año, deja que tu luz brille, permitiendo que las almas que están buscando encuentren la vida brillante y genuina que Jesús trae. Forma parte de una comunidad global que está glorificando a Dios por medio de la auténtica bondad del testimonio estudiantil.
LA DIFERENCIA QUE PUEDES MARCAR
El Día Mundial de la Generosidad es un evento anual de 48 horas de duración que se celebra a nivel mundial. Estudiantes, obreros y amigos como tú se unen para celebrar el gozo de donar para la obra de Dios en los campus de todo el mundo.
No se trata solamente de levantar fondos. Es una acción comunitaria, tal y como explica Annette Arulrajah, Secretaria General Asociada de IFES:
“Saboreamos el dulce vínculo del Evangelio al mostrarnos generosos unos con otros. Veo el Día Mundial de la Generosidad como un faro que nos invita a recorrer el camino de la comunidad mundial. Nos llama a aprender de las historias de los demás y a mantenernos unidos en solidaridad”.
El año pasado, más de 400 personas que apoyan a IFES, obreros y estudiantes de más de 100 países y territorios participaron en el Día Mundial de la Generosidad 2025: La obra de sus manos. ¡Gloria a Dios! Juntos conseguimos recaudar 243.000 USD para las iniciativas de IFES que están desarrollando líderes santos. Tu visión y generosidad nos han ayudado a financiar más de 25 iniciativas en todo el mundo, incluyendo:

Graduate ministry in Latin America and South Asia
A regional conference for student leaders in Eurasia
One delegate testified:
“At this conference I left my former identity that was deep inside of me. I used to have the feeling of guilt. In the past I was constantly offended and frustrated. I gave it all to God and I am working on my positive development.”
This year, your generosity will help students, young graduates, and staff follow Jesus in all things and radiantly engage with all aspects of campus life.

You can already give to Global Giving Day 2026!
Option 1:
Option 2: Give via bank transfer.
If you’d prefer to give via bank transfer, either in-person at your bank or using online banking, please email supporter.relations@ifesworld.org to request instructions. Please specify for which currency account and in which language you would like the instructions (English, French, or Spanish).
You can make a transfer in a different currency but please be advised that your bank may charge a fee for exchanging the currency, either at the point of transfer or from the amount sent.
Option 3: Give via regions and national movements.
If you are unable to use our online giving platform, several IFES regions offer different giving methods that you can use instead. In all cases, make sure that you note the gift is for Global Giving Day 2025!
Many other national movements can also receive donations on behalf of IFES. Please contact your national movement to find out if this is an option. When you give to your national movement, please also drop us an email at supporter.relations@ifesworld.org so we can say ‘thank you!’

Create a Personalised Version of the Campaign
Experience shows that people give when they know the person who’s asking. Individuals who have run personalised versions of the Global Giving Day campaign have proved highly effective in raising support.

Organising Events
In some cultures, sponsored challenges, auctions, sales, and entry-fee events are an effective way of getting others involved in giving. They are often even more engaging when they’re related to the theme of the appeal. This year, how could you use the theme of radiant light?
