 Cada generaci\u00f3n trae consigo nuevos retos que dan forma al mundo. Los l\u00edderes y el personal del IFES se han enfrentado a muchos eventos globales importantes: desde el aumento del SIDA hasta la ca\u00edda de la Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica y la llegada del Internet. Todos estos eventos mundiales influyen en la forma en que los estudiantes perciben la realidad. Por eso es importante que los l\u00edderes de IFES entiendan las tendencias globales para alcanzar a los estudiantes de forma relevante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

A lo largo del 2019 y el 2020, los obreros s\u00e9nior de IFES combinaron su experiencia con consultas internas en las bases y hallazgos de investigaciones externas para identificar once tendencias globales que tienen m\u00e1s probabilidades de afectar el ministerio estudiantil. Su investigaci\u00f3n los llev\u00f3 a centrarse en el aumento del liberalismo, la corrupci\u00f3n, la salud mental, la pobreza, la inmigraci\u00f3n, el cuidado de la creaci\u00f3n, el escenario de la educaci\u00f3n de nivel superior, la persecuci\u00f3n, el aumento de la denominaci\u00f3n cristiana, la expansi\u00f3n del islam y la violencia contra las mujeres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Los obreros pidieron a m\u00e1s de 120 movimientos nacionales que les brindaran m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo estas tendencias afectan a sus estudiantes y campus. Los participantes indicaron que las principales tendencias globales que afectan a sus movimientos son el aumento del liberalismo, la corrupci\u00f3n, la salud mental y la pobreza.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

La investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n puso de manifiesto que esta generaci\u00f3n de estudiantes quiere que su vida cobre significado. Quieren honrar a Dios en su trabajo y muchos cristianos j\u00f3venes est\u00e1n interesados en el discipulado vocacional. Persiguen relaciones aut\u00e9nticas, buscan mentor\u00edas y buscan formas de ejercer impacto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

El informe sobre tendencias globales ofrecer\u00e1 a los movimientos centrales, regionales y nacionales de IFES informaci\u00f3n para ayudar a los estudiantes a lograr estas cosas. Al reflexionar sobre estas tendencias, los l\u00edderes del ministerio estudiantil pueden estructurar el ministerio de forma que equipe a los estudiantes para influenciar el mundo con los valores de Dios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
