The resources offered on this page are a project of the platform.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block block-core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The concept<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the French-speaking world (and&nbsp;perhaps elsewhere&nbsp;too!), the question of the next generation is crucial for the sustainability of our IFES movements. This question requires an understanding of the current generation, Generation Z. It is also&nbsp;an important issue&nbsp;for ensuring that we offer relevant training to our students \/ student leaders \/ young team staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though it manifests itself differently depending on our contexts, this challenge exists in each of our movements. We discussed the following issues with them:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"wp-block block-core-list-item\">\n<li>How do you see your generation?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-list-item\">\n<li>How can we bear witness to the Gospel with them?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-list-item\">\n<li>What helps you in your walk as a disciple of Christ?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-list-item\">\n<li>What do you expect from an organization or a church before you are prepared to commit yourself to it?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block block-core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The video above offers a summary of the &#8220;best moments&#8221; from these interviews.
