Three-hour online training session giving newcomers the basics to help them serve their national movements. Includes the mindset, roles and responsibilities of a board member and of a board, with time for sharing and discussion of our own contexts. New general secretaries<\/strong> are also welcome. 9-13 November \u2013 Kick off meeting for 2026 cohort of Young Staff Network<\/strong><\/a>, Bischofsheim, Germany, for the new cohort of this one-year network for national movement staff members in their first or second year of service who want to develop in character, conviction and competence.
