Synthesizing the findings from LCI training and projects that are explored in the preceding chapters, Roland Cubahiro suggests what the rest of the world might learn from Francophone Africa. An English translation of the book\u2019s Table of Contents has been added so the reader can gain a better understanding of the project of which this chapter is a part.
