We are a movement of students sharing and living out the good news of Jesus Christ. Locally. Nationally. Globally.

IFES ministry is supported behind the scenes by International Services based in Asia, the UK, and the USA.

IFES supports and connects students living out the gospel as witnesses in the university in more than 180 countries worldwide. At the heart of everything we do is the desire to see students thriving as communities of disciples, transformed by the gospel and impacting the university, the church and society for the glory of Christ. You can watch this short video to find out more about us.

We are looking for a relational and confident communicator to join the Major Gift team at our UK International Services office. The Mid-level Donor Fundraiser will build quality relationships with mid-level donors to IFES ministry, securing funds and retaining donors, and engaging them in giving and other forms of involvement with the work of bringing the gospel to students.

In this role, you will build relationships with more than 500 mid-level donors, supported by prospect research from other members of the team. You will communicate with them through phone calls, letters, and bespoke emails; arrange special events; and create a personal giving plan for each donor who is seeking a deeper connection with IFES.

We are looking for a friendly professional, with previous experience in fundraising or a related area such as marketing or sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working to plans and targets, as well as delivering results as part of a team. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to build rapport; a positive, can-do attitude; and strong analytical and numerical skills.

With on-the-job training provided, high-value donor fundraising experience is not necessary, although we are looking for transferable experience.
If you recognise the importance of evangelical student ministry, are confident in your ability to work internationally, and are looking for a challenging role in a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

If you have any questions or would like further information enquiries can be made to hr@ifesworld.org.
