The IFES Europe region are looking for two strong candidates to join a developing regional leadership team, to fill two full-time Associate Regional Secretary positions. Under the team leadership of a newly-appointed Regional Secretary, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and steward the development of student ministry in Europe in new ways.
The Associate Regional Secretaries will assist the Regional Secretary in overseeing the work of IFES Europe; stewarding and assisting the development of resilient and thriving national student movements in a diverse region. Both positions will include strategic planning for coordination and growth in the region, and will minister to the national movements within the IFES Europe region with teaching and training, as well as pastoral support, particularly for national movement leaders.
Both positions also include a responsibility for overseeing regional ministries such as the Young Staff Network, the Formacion student leadership training, the FEUER network, and the Regional Evangelism Conference, among others. Both positions also include a responsibility to represent the IFES Europe region to the international fellowship, as well as to external organisations.
Candidates for these positions must be available for travel up to 12 weeks per year, and generate the full financial support required for this position with a personal financial support base.
