Hours: Full-Time, Temporary, minimum three months

Salary: £18,000 – £20,500 pa

Could you help IFES support student ministry worldwide? Our International Services team based in Oxford are looking for a General Office Administrator to join the team. Working across three departments, in this role you will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, including interacting with supporters, monitoring various inboxes, and supporting the implementation of various new systems and processes within International Services.


We are looking for a committed Christian who has a flair for administration and is skilled at handling multiple priorities at once. You will engage in a range of administrative tasks, so we are looking for someone who is not afraid to ask questions, likes to get stuck in, and is good at thinking on their feet. As an international organisation, we value candidates with cross-cultural understanding and experience. The role also requires excellent verbal communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
