Communications Project Manager (Oxford, UK) 

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 pro rata

Location: Oxford, UK 

HoursPart-time (job share, 18.75 hours per week)

IFES ministry is supported behind the scenes by International
Services based in Malaysia, the UK and the USA.

We are searching for an organized and friendly project manager to join our UK International Services team. Reporting into the Head of Communication, you will manage and deliver a number of complex projects on time and on budget. Coordinating closely with the current Communications Project Manager, you will liaise with a freelance team of translators, designers, and other communications professionals to manage and develop our communications services, delegating responsibilities and providing regular status reports. Using your strong communication skills, you will provide a professional, friendly, and quality service.

You will have demonstratable skills in project management, administration and organisation, ideally with relevant qualifications. You should have experience of working with project management tools. Positive and adaptable to change, you will be highly motivated to see projects through to completion in a fast-moving communications environment. You will be able to work collaboratively within and across teams with a strong attention to detail.
