Hi Everybody- I heard that the recent IFES worldwide Training Consultation in Ghana was fantastic. I am so sad that I was sick and not able to go. Will there be a report distributed soon about the Consultation? For those of you who went: what was the biggest practical thing you learned about training that you have taken back to your own region? Hi Bob! Great to see you making use of discuss!
I believe the report from the consultation will likely be published after Senior Leadership meetings next week. I'll let you know when it's available.

I am thrilled about this platform for sharing and discussion. I came out from the consultation with the conviction of the need to review and redesign the Campus systematic discipleship plan of our National movements to reflect the Livingstone Vision. I am more familiar with that of GHAFES Plan because I just steped down as Gen Sec. In regards to other movement I need to know comprehensively what they have or do not have in other to support them. I know it will be a tall order rolling out an appropraite process to get staff workers to look at their training in the light of what we have learnt.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the stimulating time together. Hope and pray God is openning doors for evangelism and training. I am writing from Liberia - training pastors to train ministry apprentices in evangelism, which is exciting and scarey.
Here is an article I wrote on God's transforming grace. If we are wanting to see students ttransformed by God (formacion) then using his means is helpful! I have found these Biblical ideas revolutionary in my life and in training students and staff. Would love any feedback you want to offer. Tim
Participants of the training consultation in Ghana, please note: you have a private group for conversations with one another (that might not be relevant to the wider Fellowship), which can be found here: ifesworld.org/discuss/thematic-networks/training-consultation-2012. This is a private group and only accessible to the participants that were in Ghana.
